To be clear about what this isn't: virtual coaching in Pet Ops is not a live video-call product. We don't host live sessions. The coaching happens through an asynchronous homework and practice loop — the owner works with their dog on their own schedule and sends back what happened.

• —Billing without check-in: Checkout happens directly on the enrollment. There's no arrival to check in against, because there was never an arrival.
• —AI can draft the first read: Practice review can start from an AI-drafted pass at the uploaded video, but the trainer decides what actually publishes to the owner. It's a coaching note from a person, not an automated verdict.

Owners upload practice video straight from their phone — up to 500 MB per upload, no separate file-sharing link to manage. Their portal shows a practice-log timeline with total sessions and minutes logged, and skill cards that move forward once the trainer confirms progress from what was submitted. It's the same report-card experience every delivery model uses, built around uploads instead of visits.

Virtual coaching shares its skill library, homework templates, and methodology packs with board-and-train, day training, private lessons, and group classes. It isn't a stripped-down version of the product — it's the same core, minus everything that assumed a building.
