Pet Ops is kennel management software built inside a working board-and-train facility. If you have a question about boarding, training documentation, owner updates, pricing, or moving off your current system, start here. We read every message and return calls during business hours.
Use email for longer questions, screenshots, or to introduce your facility. Use the phone when you want a live conversation about daily workflow — front desk, kennel cards, training sessions, or how owners see updates. We do not use this inbox for pet-owner consumer support; those requests go through the facility that holds the pet record.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central. If you write after hours, we typically reply the next business day.
