Is there a free trial?

Yes. The core platform is completely free—you can use it indefinitely without payment. New signups also get a 14-day free trial of the full Pet Ops Plan when you sign up—no card required to start.

Can I add modules later?

Pet Ops Plan is sold as one subscription that includes Boarding, Training, Grooming, Pet Sitting, Messaging, Operations Stations, Shared SMS, and FFie (AI). You can add a separately billed Dedicated SMS Number add-on whenever you need it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel Pet Ops Plan or any add-on at any time. Your core platform access remains free.

Do you charge for custom features or workflow?

When your process does not fit the standard product, we treat facility-specific workflow as part of making you successful—not as a paid add-on project. That is a normal conversation for us, not a special favor. Scope still has to be workable for both sides; we will be direct if something is larger than we can take on.

Pricing terms

Introductory pricing

The $49.95/month price for the paid plan is introductory pricing and is subject to change. If Pet Ops changes the price, we will give at least thirty (30) days' written notice before the new price takes effect.

Current subscribers keep their rate

If you are already subscribed to the paid plan when a price change is announced, your existing subscription keeps its current rate through the notice period described in our Terms of Service; the new price applies to your subscription only after that notice period, and to new subscribers immediately.

What is included

The paid plan is one subscription that includes Boarding, Training, Grooming, Pet Sitting, Messaging, Operations Stations, Shared SMS, and FFie (AI). These modules are not sold individually and do not have their own price while your subscription is active.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling ends access to all included modules at the end of your current billing period; re-subscribing later is priced at then-current rates.

Add-ons are billed separately

A Dedicated SMS Number is an optional add-on, priced and billed separately from the paid plan. Adding or removing it does not change your subscription.
