Is there a free trial?
Yes. The core platform is completely free—you can use it indefinitely without payment. Boarding, Training, and Pet Sitting each include a 7-day free trial when you subscribe, so you can run real operations before your first module charge.
Can I add modules later?
Absolutely. Start with the free core platform and add paid modules whenever you need them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel any paid module at any time. Your core platform access remains free.
How does founder pricing work?
The next 5 facilities to subscribe to Boarding, Training, and Pet Sitting can lock in $5/month per module before we raise prices for the next cohort. That founder rate stays in effect while the module remains on an active paid subscription for the first 2 years from your initial founder-rate subscription to that module. After 2 years, Pet Ops reserves the right to increase fees with at least thirty (30) days' written notice. If you cancel or pause a module, re-subscribing later may be at then-current pricing—not your previous founder rate. See founder pricing terms at the bottom of this page.
Do you charge for custom features or workflow?
When your process does not fit the standard product, we treat facility-specific workflow as part of making you successful—not as a paid add-on project. That is a normal conversation for us, not a special favor. Scope still has to be workable for both sides; we will be direct if something is larger than we can take on.
Switching from Another System?
We can bring over owners, pets, and upcoming stays as long as you can export CSV or Excel. Everything is previewed before anything is committed.
