Pet Ops provides software only and does not provide pet care services.

If you enable push notifications (coming soon with native mobile apps), we collect device tokens required to deliver notifications. These tokens are used only to send service-related notifications.

Pet Ops does not use AI to make decisions about pet care, health, or safety.

• Authorized users within a Facility (based on roles and permissions)
• Pet owners, only for content explicitly marked as owner-visible by the Facility

• Needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes

The Services are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
